Having estate planning organized is a daunting process, not one that anyone is eager to complete. Jessica Ward provided such calm, professional service the whole process was just seamless. Once finished the whole package (our will, Durable Power of Attorney, living trust) was presented beautifully, bundled in a leather like binder so in the event anything happens, the end of life decisions are there, ready for anyone to follow. I had heard stories from friends and family how cumbersome the process was putting your living trust together which is why I had put it off for so long. Well that was not the case with us. Jessica was diligent, professional and on point. From our initial conversation to our signing, was probably about 30 days. We had a couple of meetings to explain the process and the documents so when we met for signing, it was just another quick review while signing each document.
